Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and excavation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Install and maintain structural components per blueprints
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance
- Document project progress in digital logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Strong team communication abilities
- Background check and drug test required
