Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by clearing debris and waste
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing operations as needed
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Participate in team briefings and daily progress meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions

- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
