Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and light equipment
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project-specific tasks
- Follow blueprints, safety protocols, and construction specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction or related trade experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
