Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install/assemble structural components and finishing materials
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Perform material handling and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional trade teams
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with hand/power tools
- Blueprint reading capability
- Colorado Class A CDL preferred
- Pass background/drug screening
