Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision and safety
- Install structural frameworks, scaffolding, and temporary supports
- Apply finishes including drywall, insulation, and exterior cladding
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with skilled trades teams to meet project deadlines
- Inspect materials and equipment for quality compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ pounds and working in all weather
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain additional trade certifications
