Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up materials/equipment
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and basic tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain organized workspaces
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for precise execution
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Perform site cleanup and waste management throughout project phases
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance policy for lateness
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
