Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and demolition tasks
- Handle material handling, loading/unloading, and inventory management
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience required
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
