Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation tasks
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (drills, saws, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Load/un construction vehicles and equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Participate in general cleanup and debris removal operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary—training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Chicago
- Basic understanding of English for team communication
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
