Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean job sites by clearing debris and materials
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment setup
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols meticulously
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Ensure OSHA compliance at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours
