Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and structure assembly
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and power tools safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Assist in blueprint interpretation and precise measurement implementation
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Participate in emergency response protocols for site incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction experience with heavy machinery operation
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment (saws, drills, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
