Responsibilities
- Execute physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job sites
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard mitigation
- Assist in equipment setup, teardown, and transport logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented with clear communication skills
