Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation & excavation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts)
- Install structural components (forms, rebar, scaffolding)
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Complete daily equipment inspections & maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid Nevada driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience with power tools & heavy machinery
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment physical & drug screen
- Flexible schedule availability (including nights/weekends)
