Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthmoving tasks per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, excavators, forklifts) safely
- Install and remove construction site safety barriers/signage
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete structures
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic understanding of construction blueprint reading
- Class B CDL license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Indianapolis
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
