Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, excavators) with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized worksite and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Inspect materials for quality compliance before installation
- Report hazards and maintain detailed daily progress logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Class B CDL license preferred (required for machinery operation)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and blueprint interpretation skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to travel between Omaha, NE and Pennsylvania sites
