Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities, such as framing, drywall hanging, and painting prep.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and basic sketches to understand project requirements.
- Perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
Qualifications
