Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work following blueprints and safety protocols
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools with precision
- Install, repair, and maintain construction materials (concrete, steel, drywall) per specifications
- Collaborate with tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution and quality standards
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials handling
- Strong teamwork ethic and clear communication skills
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
