Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites through excavation, debris removal, and equipment setup
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and tool management
- Operate hand/power tools including jackhammers, saws, and drills safely
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Load/unload materials and equipment from trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finish work as needed
- Travel to job sites in Pennsylvania as project demands require
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong teamwork ethic and attention to safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
