Responsibilities

- Construct foundations, erect scaffolding, and install structural components
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing procedures
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain organized job sites
- Collaborate with skilled tradespersons to ensure project timelines
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy machinery
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites statewide
