Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, loading/unloading materials, and debris removal
- Maintain clean and safe job sites by following OSHA protocols and company standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans under supervision
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently as directed
- Report safety hazards and maintenance needs to site supervisors immediately
- Participate in daily team briefings and project milestone celebrations
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime when required
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory tracking
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
