Responsibilities
- Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining structures using hand tools and power equipment
- Load/unload materials and ensure proper storage on job sites
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications with attention to detail
- Operate machinery like forklifts, jackhammers, and concrete saws safely
- Demolish old structures and prepare sites for new construction
- Perform daily site cleanup and waste management
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and flexible hours
