Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up formwork.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on-site.
- Load and unload building materials, ensuring inventory is organized and accessible.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Perform general clean-up duties to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
