Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation and excavation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with certified proficiency
- Install and maintain structural frameworks, scaffolding, and formwork
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction timelines
- Conduct quality assurance checks on materials and workmanship

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and withstand extreme weather conditions
