What You Will Do:

- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from the job site.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Prepare and clean construction sites, including debris removal.
- Operate basic machinery and power tools safely.
- Follow strict safety guidelines and site procedures.
- Dig trenches and foundations as directed.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude within the crew.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and reading measurements.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide paid training.
