Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties and site preparation.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and safety.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No prior construction experience required; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following instructions and safety signs.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License (optional but preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
