Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and maintenance.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and according to guidelines.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Assist in pouring, setting, and finishing concrete as required.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs+) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not always required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or overtime.
