As a Construction Laborer, you will be the backbone of our operations, working alongside skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. If you have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a desire to learn the trade, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, masons, and electricians, with daily tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic site cleanup and waste disposal duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing on feet.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
