Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as digging, hauling, and cleaning.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the foreman.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation preferred.
- Basic ability to read and understand safety instructions.
