Responsibilities
- Execute physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project-specific duties
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Participate in daily site briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and PPE usage
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Boston Metro
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
