Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, trenching, and general cleanup.
- Load, unload, and prepare building materials, tools, and equipment for the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Transport materials and tools between storage areas and work zones.
- Follow blueprints and instructions provided by foremen or supervisors.
- Perform general labor duties as needed to support the project.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
