Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials at job sites efficiently and safely.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of a foreman or skilled tradesperson.
- Assist with general site preparation, including digging, leveling, and cleaning work areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations, site-specific protocols, and company policies.
- Transport tools and materials between storage and work areas as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
