Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, tamping, and leveling ground.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the job site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Transport materials to and from various work locations within the project site.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
