Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Assist skilled trades with scaffolding, demolition, and concrete work

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required
