Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and debris
- Perform basic concrete finishing and site cleanup
- Assist in equipment operation under supervision
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
