Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support skilled trades with material preparation and basic installation tasks
- Complete daily time logs and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Basic physical fitness with ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Houston metro
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work in team environments
