Responsibilities
- Excavate, dig trenches, and prepare construction sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Mix concrete, mortar, and other construction compounds
- Erect scaffolding and temporary structures
- Assist skilled tradespersons with installation tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions
- Construction certification preferred but not required
