Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using manual and powered tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with site tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Perform general site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for material measurements
