Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Experience with concrete, framing, or finishing work preferred
