Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload materials and equipment using hand tools or machinery
- Assist skilled tradespersons with tasks like concrete pouring, framing, and demolition
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the day
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Operate basic tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Report hazards and equipment malfunctions to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to job sites (Omaha/Texas areas)
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
