Responsibilities
- Assist with loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols
- Support skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and demolition
- Complete daily timesheets and report to site supervisor
- Adapt to changing project schedules and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lift 50+ lbs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge and safety awareness
- Flexible availability for early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
