Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation and material handling
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Assist skilled tradesmen with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Maintain clean and organized job site conditions
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting up to 75 lbs regularly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
