Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Implement strict OSHA safety protocols on all job sites
- Manage debris removal and job site cleanliness
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Collaborate with supervisors to maintain project timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic math skills for material calculations
