Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools (shovels, hammers) and light equipment (saws, drills) safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and hazards
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Complete daily task reports and communicate with supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- No experience necessary – training provided
