- Follow verbal instructions and work collaboratively in teams

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for 8+ hours
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and punctuality requirements
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
