Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks with precision
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project-specific tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Complete daily timesheets for immediate payroll processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience or relevant trade certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
