Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks (demolition, material handling, site prep)
- Operate hand/power tools safely and responsibly
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical labor tasks (digging, lifting, carrying)
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
