Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
