Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Load/unload heavy equipment and tools safely using proper lifting techniques
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and basic tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Perform site cleanup and waste removal at project completion
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Indianapolis metro
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic hand tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
