Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Assist skilled trades with layout, framing, finishing, and demolition work
- Perform daily site cleanup and debris management operations
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and project specifications
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent physical work background
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform sustained physical activity
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth/Dallas metro
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurement and task coordination
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed
