Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and light equipment (compactors, drills)
- Maintain clean, safe work environments and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradespersons with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Punctuality and consistent attendance required
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
