Responsibilities
- Excavate, dig, and prepare construction sites using hand tools and machinery
- Load/unload materials and operate construction equipment safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trade professionals on-site
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal daily
- Report safety hazards and maintain incident-free work environment
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Colorado Springs
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
